Here ’s another fun photo fromMary Sherwoodof Littleton , North Carolina . It ’s a shot from the children ’s garden atNew York Botanical Garden . Mary enjoin , “ I like this garden topiary because of the capricious display of some very common garden annuals . The combination of flame nettle , cherubic potato vine and fountain grass was very effective . The vine satisfy in the shape and act as support for the coleus . The natural spring grass and big eye balls added the finishing touches . Perfect for the children ’s garden ! ” Thanks , Mary ! It looks like there ’s a second caterpillar sport here , which use one of my favorite grasses for tangible texture , Stipa tenuissima(USDA Hardiness Zones 7 - 11).Got any garden fun to partake in ?
