Blooms from Zone 3
Today we are visit Mary Spaulding ’s garden .
I subject photos of my emerging bounce garden in May 2020(click here ) . I ’d like to deal some photos of our July - August Zone 3 gardens . Even though it was a very ironic year , my married man ’s diligent watering paid off .
On the west side of the home , hosta cultivar are shaded under a large old Amur maple(Acerginnala , Zones 3–8 ) . I would love to growJapanese maples(Acer palmatum , Zones 5–9 ) , but our winter are too stark . A mess planting ofStachysmacrantha(Zones 3–8 ) is on the left side .
‘ Gold Standard ’ and ‘ Solar Flare ’ hostas ( both zone 3–8 )
Rosa‘Nearly Wild ’ ( Zones 3–9 ) has simple pink efflorescence produced in great teemingness .
