I ’m a New England nurseryman , so my brother and baby - in - law ’s garden in California was always a mystery to me — that you needed to append a new tap to the watering system if you summate a young works , that there really would not be rainwater all summer . I began shoot photos of their garden . When Ken died last summer , I wanted to pull my photos together in his store , particularly since he find so much joy in his garden projects .
