This winter , we ’re tackling our finish of take a crap homemade sourdough lolly . Despite our newfangled outdoor , forest - fired oven and a passion for artisan bread , we did n’t find time throughout the year to pick up down that sourdough flavour we crave . Our winter downtime leave us the exemption to research about ferment starters and play around with formula technique .
